During 2009 the SOD Board took the initiative to renew its bylaws in order to help SOD better serve the whole organic community in Saskatchewan. A new set of bylaws was accepted at the Annual General Meeting held March 27, 2010. Under the new Bylaws there is only one class of membership.

Please note the following Condition Of Membership (taken from 2010 Bylaws):

Membership in the Saskatchewan Organic Directorate shall be limited to persons interested in furthering the objects of the Saskatchewan Organic Directorate who agree to abide by the SOD Code of Ethics and shall consist of anyone whose application for admission as a member has received the approval of the SOD Board of Directors.
